Hands down – it is referrals. Jeff Bezos obsessed about the customer experience – if you do it properly the company will be successful. Cold calling (no answers), emails (direct to spam), advertising (prospects know it is paid for) and SEO…not any more.
The Ritz-Carlton’s motto is “Ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen.” Follow that credo and a company will succeed.
